Design Consultation
Whether you are looking to completely remodel your bathroom or kitchen, or if you are simply looking to update certain aspects of your space, Bakai Construction offers comprehensive design services to ensure a smooth and cohesive process.
Your design consultation begins with a meeting at your location. During this time we will discuss your vision for the project, evaluate and measure your space, discuss your individual requirements including budget and time restraints, and provide suggestions based on experience and knowledge of current products and trends.
Not only do we cater to experienced clients, but we also cater to those who have a vision but do not know where to begin. Based on your goals and needs, we will provide ideas, suggestions and solutions to help make your vision become your reality. Installation
For clients who are not looking for a complete remodel, Bakai Construction offers custom tile or natural stone installations, as well as laminate and composite floor installations, to update a space. These services include:
- bathroom floors, countertops, backsplash or showers
- kitchen floors, countertops or backsplash
- fireplaces - foyers - outdoor spaces, such as patios
- other areas where a client may want tile or natural stone
- laminate and composite flooring installations also available
When installing tile, natural stone, or other flooring, there are many product and pattern design options. Be sure to discuss this at your design consultation.

Product Selection
Our extensive knowledge of products and years of experience help our clients make the best informed decision about the products and materials that will be used in their space (for their project).
Great attention to detail is required when selecting products. We use top of the line products and take into consideration things such as durability, cost, safety, ergonomics and design. We offer suggestions and solutions for all types of spaces while keeping in mind our clients' needs and goals.
Bakai Construction also offers personalized shopping and delivery services. Personalized shopping includes meeting the client at the retailer or distributors location and walking through and discussing the different choices in materials, fixtures and finishes. Complete Remodeling
Bakai Construction offers complete remodeling services for bathrooms, kitchens, and interior spaces, from start to finish. This includes consultation, reconfiguration of space, demolition/disposal, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, plaster, finish carpentry, painting, and installation of finishes and fixtures.
Our keen problem solving skills and years of experience enable us to reconfigure your space in a way that maximize its' appearance and functionality. Fine craftsmanship and attention to detail will ensure that your space will be unparalleled.
We strive to create a cohesive and collaborative work environment among our subcontractors and clients. Our team of subcontractors are fully licensed, bonded and insured. We have used the same reliable team of subcontractors for years and have established an excellent relationship and rapport with them.
Fixture Discounts
Over the years, Bakai Construction has established relationships with numerous fine finishes showrooms and tile/natural stone distributors. Because of this we are able to provide our clients with discounts (10-30%, depending on the product) on finishes purchased through us.
If you are looking to have the installation completed by us, or if you are a "do-it-yourselfer", we encourage all of our clients to buy their finishes through us so that we may extend these incredible discounts to all.
